Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.

In-Stock Items: Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to process and ship.

Custom Made Items: As these are made to order, please allow 12–18 business days for production and shipment, unless we have contacted you for further approval.

Tracking: Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.

Delivery: To ensure the safety of your order, a signature is required upon delivery for all packages. Standard ground shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after fulfillment.

U.S. Shipping: We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders within the United States. At this time, we only ship within the United States.
