RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Terra Lily & Company, we want you to absolutely adore your jewelry. If your piece isn't quite right, we are happy to help you with a return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA#). Please email hello@terralilyco.com within the allowed timeframe to initiate the process before sending items back. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.


1. Ready-to-Ship Items (Non-Custom)

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated and shipped back within 5 days of delivery for a full refund, or within 7 days for store credit or exchange.

Condition: Pieces must be unworn, unused, and in original, pristine condition with all tags attached. Tampered, cut, or re-pinned tags will result in the return being refused.

Inspection: Please inspect your jewelry immediately upon arrival. We cannot accept returns for damage caused by wear or improper handling.

Restocking Fee: A $25 restocking fee applies to all returned items.

Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method for your protection.


2. Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

All custom-designed, bespoke, and made-to-order jewelry pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any piece created to your specific, personalized requirements.


3. Ring Sizing & Fit

If your ring does not fit perfectly, we offer one complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery (ready-to-ship rings only). Please contact us to arrange for resizing.

Note: Custom/made-to-order rings may be subject to a resizing fee.


4. Sale & Clearance Items

All items marked as sale or clearance are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.


5. Defective Items

We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hello@terralilyco.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will happily arrange for a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to you.
